He has guided numerous corporates and promoters from startups to SMEs, mid-corporates, and ultimately to large corporate groups. As the founder of KAPL, his leadership has propelled the company to become one of the leading investment banking firms in India.
He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of experience in Equity and Debt Syndication. His extensive travel across India and the globe facilitates his engagement in investor/banking and client relationship management, building exceptionally strong and lasting relationships with clients and investors as well as financial institutions by advising clients and structuring deals.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant and All India Rank Holder (AIR - 35), he is a distinguished professional with a comprehensive background in finance and banking. He worked as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs in London, where he arranged equity & debt finance for top European corporates as part of the Leveraged Finance team. He has valuable experience interacting with top private equity funds, institutional investors, and investment bankers.
A fellow member of ICAI with more than 2 decades of experience in debt syndication and corporate financing. He has expertise in MSME Financing and is looking after business developments of KAPL in MSME and Mid-Corporate Sector.
